About the Role:
">We are seeking a seasoned Tech Lead to join our team and take on the challenging role of Technical Account Manager. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and addressing technical needs for clients, promoting a positive vision for the organization, and driving business growth.

- Solve escalated customer complaints and major incidents, collaborating with internal teams as needed.">
- Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.">
- Analyze statistics and other data to determine the level of customer service provided.">
- Build and grow good client relationships to ensure retention and business growth.">
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure resource availability for on-time project delivery.">
- Maximize revenue from existing accounts and develop new accounts within current clients.">
Requirements:
">4-5 years of experience in Customer Support and Technical roles.
