At our retail space, you will create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers that feels like shopping with your best friend. As a stylist, you are up-to-date on current fashion trends and have the ability to educate our customers on our products and inspire them to try new things.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling experiences and thorough product knowledge.
  • Drive business growth through sales and meeting performance metrics including sales per hour, conversion percentage, and revenue targets.
  • Educate customers on our brand story and stay informed and knowledgeable on all of our products, latest launches, and specialized services.
  • Work collaboratively with a motivated and collaborative team who share our corporate mission.
  • Champion our core values each day: Customer Obsessed, Empowered Owners, Just Do It, Humility, Curiosity, and Drive Results.
  • Assist in efficiently transacting customers with accuracy and diligence.
  • Support executing OMNI business services including purchases, returns, exchanges, phone sales, online to offline purchases, and vice versa.
  • Contribute to maintaining store appearance and inventory through day-to-day upkeep of visual displays and participation in monthly inventory counts.

  • Meets and exceeds key performance indicators including SPH, Conversion, AOV.
  • Can pay attention to customer feedback, trends, and shares insights with management.
  • Has great attention to detail and a highly organized working style and strong sense of initiative.
