Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Specialist to create compelling visual narratives that communicate complex financial technology concepts to technical and business audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Concept Development & Storyboarding: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop concepts that align with user needs and business objectives. Create storyboards that translate complex financial technology concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives.
  • SaaS-Focused Motion Design & Animation: Produce polished 2D/2.5D motion graphics, kinetic typography, and UI animations that demonstrate financial product workflows. Develop animations that enhance user understanding of data visualization and complex financial processes.
  • UI/UX Motion Systems: Develop consistent animation systems, templates, and design tokens that enhance the product user experience. Create micro-interactions that improve usability and provide visual feedback in the interface.
  • Brand Consistency & Evolution: Ensure all animations adhere to brand guidelines while evolving our motion language. Develop a consistent motion style that reinforces our position as a trusted financial technology partner.
  • Technical Implementation & Handoff: Work effectively with product designers and engineers to implement animations in web and mobile applications. Provide Lottie/JSON exports with proper documentation for developer implementation.
  • Asset Optimization & Management: Deliver properly sized and optimized files for various platforms. Maintain an accessible library of motion assets, source files, and templates.

Requirements:

  • Experience in motion graphics design and animation.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS-focused motion design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Lottie.
