Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Brand Creative Leader to drive visual storytelling across brand, digital, and video platforms. This role combines creative ownership with hands-on execution, overseeing the development of high-quality visual content from concept to final asset.

The ideal candidate will play a key part in leading the creative line, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering innovative visual narratives that drive engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Line Ownership:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the creation of brand-aligned visual assets.
    • Own and evolve visual direction for integrated campaigns, product launches, and executive presentations.
    • Review and refine creative deliverables from freelancers or internal partners to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Video Content Creation:
    • Plan, script, and produce a variety of video formats: product explainers, motion-led brand stories, technical demos, testimonials, and social content.
    • Operate across the full video production lifecycle – editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing.
Required Skills & Expertise
  • 8-12 years of experience across visual design, video production, and digital creative execution.
  • Proven ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual content.
  • Expert-level proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, DaVinci Resolve, and/or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and ability to build narrative flow across formats.
  • Experience working within a structured brand system and scaling it across regions or formats.
  • Comfortable with motion graphics, graphic design, and animation.
Good to Have
  • Prior experience working in tech environments.
  • Knowledge of SEO and how design impacts engagement.
  • Familiarity with collaborative design platforms like Figma or Frame.io.
