Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Support Engineer-NOC to join our team.

With 3-5 years of experience in NOC support, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

As an ideal candidate, you should possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and great communication skills.

Responsibilities include providing first-line technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide First-Line Technical Support: Offer timely and effective assistance to end-users, resolving their technical queries and concerns.
  • Troubleshoot Hardware and Software Issues: Identify and resolve technical problems with computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with colleagues from various departments to resolve complex technical issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
