As a high-level leadership professional, the successful candidate will oversee the overall operation of the club.

Key responsibilities include:

Club Operations & Planning
  • Develop an annual activity calendar and track progress to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Coordinate with team members to delegate responsibilities and monitor progress.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the club, external partners, vendors, and members.
  • Maintain accurate records of meeting minutes, follow-ups, and task execution.
Team Management
  • Lead and manage a team of staff members, including delegation of tasks and evaluation of performance.
  • Ensure staff adhere to uniform policies and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Handle disciplinary actions for club-level employees in accordance with company policies.
Budget & Resource Management
  • Assist in managing club resources and sponsorships for events.
  • Collaborate with management for necessary approvals or procurement.
Membership Engagement
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment for all members.
  • Promptly address concerns, complaints, or suggestions to strengthen member relationships and improve club services.
  • Foster a culture of attentiveness and responsiveness among staff to ensure every interaction reflects the club's values.
Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with local health regulations, including sanitation standards and emergency protocols.
  • Implement and monitor safety procedures across all areas to minimize risk and protect members and staff.
  • Oversee maintenance needs and coordinate staff training in CPR/First Aid to ensure readiness for any emergency situation.
Program & Event Planning
  • Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee fitness programs, wellness challenges, workshops, and social events catering to diverse member interests.
  • Collaborate with instructors, personal trainers, and wellness professionals to design innovative offerings that enhance the member experience.
  • Monitor attendance and feedback to refine programming and ensure events remain fresh and impactful.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain documentation of all club activities for audit, continuity, and institutional reporting.
  • Provide regular updates to the club president, coordinator of the property, managing committee, and management.
