Appointment Setter Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for booking consultations with licensed agents across the U.S.

Your primary goal will be to make 150–200 outbound calls per day to warm leads using our dialer and CRM. You will also follow a scripted format to educate leads and schedule appointments.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections. You should have strong English communication skills, spoken and written. Additionally, you should be motivated, consistent, and able to follow instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 150–200 outbound calls per day to warm leads using our dialer and CRM.
  • Follow a scripted format to educate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Input detailed notes and statuses into the CRM after each call.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly booking goals.
  • Participate in coaching sessions and team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable Speaking on the Phone: You should be comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
  • Motivation and Consistency: You should be motivated, consistent, and able to follow instructions.
