We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth across Q-commerce platforms and digital performance channels. This role requires a data-driven marketer with a strong bias for execution and a deep understanding of the food/e-comm ecosystem.
About the Role:
- Oversight and optimization of campaigns across various platforms.
- Management of ROAS, CAC, impression share, and brand visibility.
- Leadership of Meta/Google Ads campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Tracking of KPIs and reporting of actionable insights.
- Collaboration with design, content, and platform teams.

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in food/FMCG.
