We are seeking an experienced financial professional to oversee and manage our company's financial operations. This individual will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making to ensure the company's financial health and long-term growth.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models. They will analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize costs and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: -
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize costs.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with delivery, sales, HR and other teams to support cross-functional initiatives.

Accounting & Compliance: -

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Spearhead month end, quarter end and year end activities including accruals & monthly analysis on the actuals vs provisions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

Cash Flow & Risk Management: -

  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
  • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership: -

  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the technology services industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho or similar).
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
