Delivering projects from concept to completion requires a unique blend of design expertise, technical knowledge, and leadership skills. As a Senior Architect, you will translate design intent into detailed, buildable solutions while mentoring junior team members.

This role demands a balance between creativity, technical prowess, and the ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.

  • Drive concept design, schematic layouts, and design presentations that meet client expectations.
  • Ensure design excellence aligns with company ethos, sustainability goals, and local building codes.

You will work closely with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants for timely, coordinated outputs.

Mentor junior architects, interns, and drafting staff, conduct design reviews, and provide constructive feedback.

Attend client meetings, present design proposals, and handle approvals.

Liaise with statutory authorities for permissions and compliance.

Key required skills include knowledge of Indian building codes & bye-laws, construction detailing, materials integration, excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.

Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Twinmotion, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Bluebeam, and Acrobat is necessary.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a COA-recognized institution and COA registration are mandatory.

A proven portfolio showcasing built and unbuilt work across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors is essential.

The ideal candidate is design-driven, detail-oriented, has a keen eye for innovation, leadership mindset, collaborative spirit, and problem-solving abilities.
