Technical Implementation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Implementation Engineer to join our team.

  • This role involves ensuring client solution requirements are met in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing configurations, installation actions, and attending to break/fix events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation planning & execution for the associated environment for interconnecting the Routing, Switching, load balancer device.
  • Routing/Switching knowledge.
  • ACI (spine/leaf topology)
  • Work on latest technology - BGP EVPN VXLAN
  • Network Automation and Assurance (DNAC)
  • Network Access Control (NAC), ISE
  • Wi-Fi (Controller & Access Point), Meraki
  • Documentation related to setup technical/test lab/version upgrade and Network design & traffic flow with test cases

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology Degree or equivalent together with specialized training in new technologies and legacy systems or equivalent.

Required Experience:

  • Moderate level of experience in a technical implementation engineering or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations.
  • Demonstrated project administration and documentation experience.
