Job Description:

As a field service engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and remote assistance to customers worldwide. Your primary goal is to ensure the smooth operation of our PCS/BESS products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing regular site visits for product maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Guiding customers through simple fault diagnosis and resolution processes.
  • Managing on-site spare parts inventory and tracking stock levels.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and feedback mechanisms.
  • Learning and understanding the working principles of our PCS/BESS products.
  • Providing basic training to customers on product usage and power distribution diagrams.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English as the primary working language.
  • Self-motivated mindset with ability to plan in ambiguous situations and drive results-oriented actions.
  • Desirable experience in the energy storage industry, specifically with PCS and BESS systems.
