Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled project manager to lead IT and managed services projects.

This role demands ownership, accountability, and the ability to balance structured execution with proactive risk management in a client-facing environment.

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT and managed services projects, ensuring strict adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Drive service delivery with a focus on governance, compliance, and continuous service improvement (CSI).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Severity 1 & Severity 2 issues, coordinating swift resolution with minimal impact to business operations.

The project manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining 24/7 coverage rosters to ensure uninterrupted service availability, overseeing the preparation, review, and approval of root cause analysis documents, and effectively managing and refining the project backlog.

A demonstrated ability to drive deliverables with minimal supervision, combined with excellent documentation skills and the ability to maintain a structured, transparent, and reliable source of truth, is essential.

  • Strong fundamentals in project management concepts, including risk management, scope management, stakeholder management, change management, and decision logging.
