We are seeking a highly skilled Innovation Hub Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of innovative solutions.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who possesses hands-on technical expertise in 3D printing, laser cutting, CNC, electronics prototyping, and related tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Makerspace / Lab Operations Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our makerspace, including equipment maintenance, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Hands-on Technical Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge of various manufacturing technologies, including 3D printing, laser cutting, and CNC machining.
  • Innovation Program Facilitation: Develop and deliver workshops, training sessions, and innovation programs that foster creativity and problem-solving skills among team members and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.
  • Safety & Compliance Knowledge: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and safety standards in the use of equipment and materials.
  • Project & Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects and events that promote innovation and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Foster a culture of experimentation, teamwork, and continuous learning within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a makerspace, innovation lab, or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
