Artificial Intelligence Programme Lead

We are seeking an experienced AI Programme Lead to ignite the AI revolution by establishing a new AI Innovation Hub.

About the Role

You will work at the intersection of technology, product, and business, orchestrating programme delivery across engineering, data, and product teams. From day one, you will define delivery frameworks, drive programme governance, and lead high-impact initiatives that shape how financial services adopts AI globally.

Your Responsibilities

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement delivery frameworks, agile practices, and programme governance for AI initiatives
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex AI programmes, from scoping to deployment and adoption
  • Drive alignment between engineering, data, and product teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met
  • Anticipate delivery risks and resolve blockers, ensuring projects scale on time and within scope
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure that delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact
  • Establish reporting structures, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and communicate results to executive leadership
  • Coach and mentor cross-functional teams, embedding a culture of delivery excellence across the innovation hub
