Business Analyst Role Overview

About the Position:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong understanding of process and data mapping to work closely with stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Create detailed as-is and to-be process maps using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or ARIS to visualize workflows and identify inefficiencies.
  • Define and document data flows between systems, ensuring alignment with business rules and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify gaps between current and desired states and propose actionable solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and user stories to support development and testing teams.
  • Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking to ensure solutions meet business needs.
