Job Title: ServiceNow Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Tester to join our team.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work on complex IT projects and contribute to the development of our business solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing software applications, particularly in the area of ServiceNow and Workday integration.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.

You will also be working closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our software applications meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute test cases for employee processes that cross multiple systems, from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
  • Evaluate the performance of integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations.
  • Conduct thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in testing software applications, particularly in the area of ServiceNow and Workday integration.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HR and Colleague experience.
  • Expertise in workflow automation and data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP).
  • Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results.
