Job Overview:

Selling insurance policies requires a strategic approach to generating leads through the retail distribution model and serving existing customers or leads received from various channels, apart from sourcing new business.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase the top of funnel by driving periodic BTL activities, generating referral forms to prospect customers and expanding the prospect base.
  • Maximize virtual connections with qualified prospects using digital platforms and social media.
  • Adopt need-based selling, tailor recommendations based on customer profiles, and assist in coordinating smooth policy issuance.
  • Follow up rigorously and timely on all prospects in the work-in-progress stage.
  • Update prospect information and track performance on lead management systems.
  • Ensure all procedural requirements for policy issuance are complete and accurate.
  • Track logged policies in branches for speedy insurance provision, providing correct and complete product information to customers.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Minimum Graduate degree required.
Experience:
  • 0-2 years of work experience.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in life insurance sales management, retail bank distribution, cooperative bank, channel management, or DSA relationships.
