We are seeking an experienced Growth Manager to lead our strategic initiatives and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of scaling up from scratch, with expertise in growth hacking, product marketing, demand generation, customer acquisition funnel, and performance marketing. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, numerical data comfort, and the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 3-6 years of prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of scaling up from scratch.
- Strong experience in Growth Hacking, Product Marketing, demand generation, customer acquisition funnel, and performance marketing.
- Familiarity with Campaign Management Tools (e.g., Active Campaign) and Web Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Goal-driven with excellent analytical skills and numerical data comfort.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
