Job Title: FileMaker Pro Developer

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced developer to support a critical project on a short-term basis.

Main Tasks
  1. Migrate data, scripts, and layouts from existing solutions to the target platform.
  2. Analyze current databases to identify dependencies, integration points, and migration challenges.
  3. Handle blank tables that need to be re-mapped for a successful migration.
  4. Update national numbering systems.
  5. Perform configuration, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure accuracy.
  6. Document migration steps, configuration changes, and best practices.
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders to address requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience as a FileMaker Pro Developer (database design, scripting, reporting).
  • A deep understanding of FileMaker architecture, relational models, and integrations.
  • The ability to deliver within tight timelines and work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work during business hours.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience with migrations or upgrades.
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations, APIs, or plugins.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • A background in freelance/consulting with proven delivery records.
