Lead Analytics Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Analytics Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our analytics efforts and providing strategic guidance to drive business growth.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing data-driven solutions that meet business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted initiatives to drive results.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in data analysis and visualization to inform business decisions and drive business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Develop and maintain advanced data models and visualizations to support business decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of analysts to ensure successful delivery of projects and meet business objectives.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity.
  • Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development (including DAX, data modelling, performance tuning), proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation, and solid understanding of data structures, ETL concepts, and business process mapping.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, proven ability to lead and coach team members in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
