Senior Analytics Manager Position Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Analytics Manager to join our organization and lead the development of innovative analytics solutions.

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in machine learning and deep learning to fill this key role. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge analytics solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in machine learning and deep learning
  • Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and neural networks
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one of the Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy and Huggingface transformers
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI models and their architectures
  • Familiarity with at least one of the two cloud platforms - Azure or AWS
  • Proficiency in exposing the solutions as API endpoints using ASGI frameworks such as FastAPI
  • Experience with development tools such as Git and version control
  • Experience deploying the solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools like Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, etc., to build orchestration pipelines and enable model versioning and tracking
  • Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and core software engineering principles
