Cloud Support Specialist Position

This role requires a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist to deliver exceptional technical support for Oracle products. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of cloud computing and experience working with public-cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch technical assistance to customers, OEMs, and VARs related to Oracle product installation, maintenance, and use.
  • Routinely work independently to research and develop solutions to customer issues, leveraging expertise and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with a global, remote workforce and excel at communicating complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with management to ensure high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced production environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or relevant work experience demonstrating similar skills.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Infrastructure or cloud-related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud Networking and in-depth understanding of cloud computing principles.
  • Experience working with public-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP or OCI).
  • Prior experience in a technical support role or ability to quickly troubleshoot complex technical problems to root cause to restore service.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
