Job Description:

  • ">
  • Captains incident management, Team Leadership, and Safety compliance.">
  • Maintain accurate logs of incidents, security breaches, operational activities, and shift reports. Highlight issues or concerns that require attention in nightly operational and security reports to senior management.">
  • Monitor the security systems and ensure all equipment such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and fire suppression systems are functioning properly. Troubleshoot technical issues with security devices.">
  • Lead emergency response efforts in case of unforeseen security situations like natural disasters, system failures, or other emergencies. Coordinate with emergency services as required.">
  • Supervise Night shift employees, ensuring Office decorum and discipline.">
  • Ensure consistent adherence to established SOPs and Safety Guidelines. Monitor workplace practices and take corrective action when deviations occur.">
  • Address legal issues such as police visits, Regulatory checks, or Political interference. Provide timely responses to queries via Calls, Emails, and In-person.">
  • Have an Emergency response system with access to medical aid and counseling if need.">
  • Provide a strong anti-harassment policy with confidential complaint Mechanisms.">

Qualifications & Work Experience:

  • Possess an MBA / PGDBM or any equivalent Post Graduate degree in HR with 10+yrs of experience.">
  • Hold proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role.">
  • Prior Experience of working in BPO / KPO's and Managing Large Work Force would be beneficial.">
