Job Title: Process Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Process Associate. This role plays a vital part in supporting our business functions, handling international accounts with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team to drive business success. Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Financial transactions - maintaining accurate records through timely postings and reconciliations.
  • Banking operations - ensuring smooth processing and reporting within set deadlines.
  • Sales management - generating invoices and facilitating timely payments from clients.
  • Payment administration - preparing and obtaining approval for payments efficiently.
  • Month-end processes - managing accruals, prepayments, inter-company transactions, and depreciation journals accurately.

System Requirements

  • Xero, Sage, Quickbooks

Candidate Profile

We seek a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Professional accounting certification or an MBA/Business degree with a Finance background.
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in finance.
