Job Summary

As a key liaison between our organization and delivery partners, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers and delivering exceptional service.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be the primary interface between our organization and delivery partners.

  • Effectively communicate with customers and provide prompt and efficient service.
  • Manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix.
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics.
  • Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to suggest process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language.
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.
  • Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
  • Ability to concentrate – follow customers’ issues without distraction to resolution.
  • Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer.
  • Excellent typing skills.
  • Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites.
  • Proficient knowledge of email applications.

Preferred qualifications include a logistics background and experience in similar roles, as well as proficiency in Excel.
