Becoming the backbone of our GTM engine, as the RevOps Manager, you'll own the strategy, systems, and processes that power scalable and efficient Sales and Marketing execution. You'll manage our CRM, streamline lead distribution, implement automation across inbound and outbound workflows, and build reporting infrastructure that drives data-backed decision-making.

  • Manage and maintain lead lists; oversee CRM hygiene and ensure high-quality data enrichment.
  • Partner with the LDR/SDR team to design and implement fair, automated lead distribution workflows.
  • Own and continuously improve the Sales & Marketing tech stack—CRM, automation, attribution, enrichment, and reporting.
  • Implement SLA-driven workflows for timely lead follow-ups and accountability across the funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy automation initiatives across inbound and outbound channels, including lead scoring, routing, segmentation, and nurture programs.
  • Enable SDRs with automated, high-quality lead lists for efficient outbound prospecting.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track funnel health, attribution, pipeline coverage, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing leadership to align on GTM strategy and revenue goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of prior experience in RevOps function in a B2B SaaS industry is mandatory
  • Curiosity and practical knowledge of LLMs / AI agents, with ability to apply them in workflows.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and advanced spreadsheets.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
