Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated QA Automation Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a key member of our Information Technology group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated testing tools, specifically VeriFix and the FIX Protocol. Experience with multi-tiered complex trading and/or risk management systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test new system software versions using automated testing tools.
  • Create, maintain, and update test cases and regression scripts based on business requirements.
  • Report and manage software issues and test activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Attend project meetings to discuss issues and report on the status of testing.
  • Follow QA standards and policies.
  • Provide estimates to help QA management produce an accurate schedule.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience with VeriFix.
  • Extensive FIX Protocol knowledge and experience.
  • Experience with bug tracking software (e.g. Jira) and Test Case Management Tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in science and/or engineering.
  • 3+ years of general Quality Assurance experience with multi-tiered complex trading and/or risk management systems in the financial industry.
  • 2+ years of experience working with VeriFix and the FIX Protocol.
