Job Title: MEP Project Engineer

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver complex MEP projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project goals.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design and installation issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and technicians to enhance their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain expertise.

 

Requirements:
  • BE/B. Tech Mechanical with Min. 3 -5 Yrs of experience on fire protection systems in any high rise, residential projects or commercial buildings.
  • Excellent exposure on all the aspects of Fire Fighting Systems, Sprinkler systems and Fire alarm system.
  • At least one full cycle of project from starting to finish.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Result-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as LEED AP or PE.
  • Experience with building information modeling (BIM) software.
