Job Overview">

The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic risk management leadership for the HR function. This involves designing and implementing governance processes, including consistent controls and monitoring programs.

This position requires a highly skilled professional who can manage documentation and execution of local HR controls to demonstrate adherence to local employment laws and quality delivery of services in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design internal governance processes and controls for India HR
  • Manage documentation and execution of local HR controls
  • Lead audit activities and establish an audit framework
  • Oversee Capital One India HR risk activities
  • Track and resolve HR India issues within agreed timeframes
  • Develop a reporting framework and cadence to inform team and leaders on risks and issues
  • Consult with leaders and team members to ensure end-to-end services are well managed

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters/Bachelors Degree in relevant field
  • 8+ years experience in Project management leading cross-functional projects and programs in HR Risk
  • 8+ years experience in Risk or Audit Management
  • PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
