The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and have a creative approach to problem-solving.

This role involves interacting with clients on a regular basis to understand their requirements, responding quickly to client requests in a timely and professional manner, and conducting ideation meetings with the internal team and client to provide the best possible options.

Cross-checking and proof-reading assignments before sending them to clients is also an essential part of this role. Additionally, implementing innovative ways to keep clients engaged with the company and providing value for money experience is crucial.

Cultivating a solid relationship with clients by creating exceptional communication and providing prompt service is also a key responsibility of this position. Furthermore, identifying new business opportunities through client referrals and maintaining proper records of existing and potential clients and their contracts with the company are also important duties.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have a graduate degree from any discipline, preferably with specific degrees such as MBA in Marketing or Advertising and Communications or Media being an added advantage.

In addition, the candidate should have 2-4 years of client servicing experience in an advertising agency. The ideal candidate should possess a proactive and solution-focused mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.

A strong understanding of client needs and preferences, as well as the ability to provide tailored solutions that meet those needs, is also essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, with excellent time management and administrative skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
