Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our production planning and control team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for process improvement.

  • Create and execute work orders for all sub-assemblies and finished goods.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely kitting activities and optimize storage capacity.
  • Implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for all sub-assemblies.
  • Monitor and track Material Obsolescence (MO) aging.
  • Maintain First Article Test Plan (FATP) Work-In-Progress (WIP) at optimal levels.
  • Achieve 100% customer satisfaction by fulfilling commitments without delays or gaps.
  • Track and analyze production rates against planned targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience in production planning and control is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and be able to analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required as the role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams.
