Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Samyojak Consultancy Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating communication between the sales team, support teams, and management. They will also set objectives and targets for the sales team and ensure goals are communicated clearly and hit regularly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 15 years of proven experience in sales of investment/financial/loan services.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to inspire and lead a team.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings.
