  • Build relationships with IT decision-makers in India and the USA, pitching our remote developers for full-time hiring opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and connect with HRs, Founders, CTOs, and Hiring Managers in IT companies (India & USA).
  • Pitch Oxcytech's remote developers for hiring (not projects).
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with our delivery team for resume submissions and client coordination.
  • Participate in daily sync-ups with the leadership team.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with:

  • 4–7 years of experience in IT staffing, B2B sales, or client acquisition
  • A strong network in IT companies (India and/or USA market)
  • A clear understanding of remote developer hiring
  • The ability to independently drive end-to-end sales cycle
