Site Reliability Engineer

SRE is a critical function that merges technical expertise with operational acumen to ensure the reliability and efficiency of an organization.

We're looking for ambitious professionals who thrive on learning, technology, and driving excellence. As a senior SRE on our Observability team, you'll collaborate closely with product development teams, cloud infrastructure, and other SRE teams to drive effective observability and improve system reliability across our products, services, and infrastructure.

  • Illuminating, empowering, and supporting multi-disciplinary teams across various applications and locations.
  • Tackling intricate technical challenges, automation, and business process problems while championing industry standards and best practices.
  • Ensuring scalability, performance, and resilience of our products and processes.

You will identify recurring issues and patterns in development, operational, and security processes and help respective teams build robust observability tools. Develop automated deployment, testing, and build processes targeting multiple regions and environments.

You will need excellent communication skills, experience managing cloud services, and fluency in at least one scripting language. Experience with SDLC methodologies, Observability, and APM tools is also required. Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision are essential.
