  • Design Leadership & Oversight: Drive the design development process with precision, ensuring all design deliverables align with our brand ethos.
  • Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a strong team of designers, delegating effectively while maintaining personal oversight on critical checkpoints.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales to translate client aspirations into feasible solutions, partner with architectural and construction teams to ensure seamless execution, and resolve conflicts between aesthetics, timelines, and costs.
  • Site Supervision & Execution Excellence: Maintain an active presence on sites to oversee finishing and detailing, conduct meticulous snagging and quality checks, and uphold our standards of precision.
  • Commercial Awareness & Value Engineering: Balance creativity with commercial sensibility, optimizing designs for cost without diluting the luxury experience.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in luxury residential or hospitality interiors.
  • Proven success in managing external consultants and internal design teams.
  • Exceptional aesthetic sensibility, with a strong eye for luxury detail.
  • Commercial acumen to ensure viability without compromise on quality.
  • Leadership ability to inspire and guide high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
