Job Title: Luxury Visual Content Creator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team as a Luxury Visual Content Creator. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating stunning visual collateral that reflects our luxury brand aesthetic.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of the nuances of upscale design. You should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet our luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Luxury Marketing Collateral Design: Create a range of visually exquisite marketing materials, including brochures, magazines, event catalogues, and digital advertisements, maintaining a consistent luxury look and feel.
  • Brand Aesthetics & Consistency: Develop on-brand graphics for both print and digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive and luxurious visual identity across all channels.
  • Creative Concept Development: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to conceptualise and execute design ideas that reflect our luxury positioning. Take creative briefs and turn them into on-trend, beautiful, and elegant designs that captivate our high-end clientele.
  • Print and Digital Production: Prepare print-ready layouts for magazines, flyers, and other physical media, as well as optimise graphics for online use. Ensure all outputs meet quality standards befitting a luxury brand.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content writers, travel product managers, sales, etc.) to produce cohesive campaigns. Communicate effectively with team members to understand project goals and present design concepts.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in the luxury space (e.g. luxury retail, fashion, high-end hospitality, or magazine publishing).
  • Design Portfolio: A strong, versatile portfolio that demonstrates taste, range, and a clear understanding of luxury content and aesthetics. We're looking for examples of elegant brochure layouts, sophisticated magazine designs, branding work, etc.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern design tools – especially Adobe Creative Suite (expert use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – is required. Familiarity with both print production and digital design best practices is important.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Able to take constructive feedback and work iteratively with the team. Strong time-management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
