Senior Visual Communications Specialist

  • Lead junior designers in achieving high standards of thoughtful and minimalist design while mentoring their growth.
  • Ensure brand consistency by enforcing clean layouts and intuitive designs across all platforms.
  • Translate key concepts into clear and impactful visuals that resonate globally.
  • Stay informed about leading design trends, particularly in luxury aesthetics, and apply them thoughtfully.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising on quality or attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in elegant and high-end design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with experience in motion graphics or video editing an asset.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and space utilization to create balanced and clean designs.
  • Ability to craft understated yet effective designs that communicate our brand message.
  • Experience working with international teams or brands, demonstrating sensitivity to cross-cultural design approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
