**Job Title:** Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Interior Designer. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their design needs and providing personalized recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on interior design, furniture selection, and home decor.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely follow-ups and order processing.
  • Develop detailed quotes and pricing estimates based on client selections.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and proactively reach out to schedule showroom visits.
  • Engage with architects, designers, and homebuyers to foster strong relationships and generate leads.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, emails, or showroom visits to convert potential clients into customers.
  • Participate in design events, workshops, and exhibitions to showcase your skills and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in interior design, furniture sales, or luxury retail (freshers with strong design skills may apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Basic proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3D visualization tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations.
  • Passion for luxury furniture, home styling, and customer experience.
  • Willingness to travel to store locations on a daily basis.
