Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement and sourcing with a focus on cost reduction, process improvement, and supplier management.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale sourcing projects with significant budget responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
