About the Job

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE professional to join our organization in promoting a safety-first culture across all project phases.

This role involves deployment to site operations. Only candidates willing to work in the respective region need to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • A minimum of 8-10 years experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation, and/or commissioning projects/operations in the oil and gas petrochemical industries is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering or Science or HSE discipline is necessary.
  • NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certificate is mandatory.
  • Lead Auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent certifications are required.
  • Incident Investigation Techniques certificate is essential.
  • Addition HSE trainings and certifications will be an added advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong understanding of HSE issues, practices, and behavioral aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business is required.
  • The ability to lead a team of HSE personnel such as HSE officers, Hygiene officers, etc. is necessary.
  • A sound understanding of the HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements is essential.
  • The ability to develop and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures/plans, and site-specific HSE procedures/work instructions is required.
  • Practical experience in implementation of SSOW (PTW/WMS/Risk Assessment etc.) is necessary.
  • The ability to conduct training/awareness sessions on relevant HSE procedures applicable to the SOW is essential.
  • The ability to implement practical H2S control measures is required.
  • The ability to conduct HSE audits and inspections is necessary.
  • The ability to investigate incidents, identify immediate and root causes is essential.
  • Good communication skills, including English language proficiency, are necessary.
