Deep Learning Engineer Role

About Us

We are building a new era of cooking robots that leverage Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision to cook food autonomously.

This role plays a major part in developing our autonomous cooking capabilities.

  • Solve real-world perception problems for cooking using deep learning techniques (e.g., regression, segmentation, classification, object detection)
  • Train, evaluate, and productionize transformer-based vision models to identify ingredient type/shape/size, track visual changes in color/texture of food as it cooks
  • Own the end-to-end pipeline for ML capabilities – idea to dataset collection to prototype development and deployment

Requirements:

  • Graduates from IITs/NITs/IISC with 1-3 years of industry experience
  • Solid understanding of math and ML fundamentals – not just using pre-trained models or scikit-learn
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment
  • Strong fundamentals in Deep Learning – CNNs, RNNs, transformers, optimization, generalization, etc.
  • Experience working with PyTorch to train and debug deep models
