Job Title: International Coding Educator

As an educator with a passion for coding, you will deliver high-quality online classes to students aged 5–18 from around the world. Your teaching will cover both block-based and text-based programming, enabling students to build various projects including apps, websites, games, software, AI solutions, and robotics projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging online coding sessions to students globally.
  • Teach block-based coding (Scratch, Blockly, MIT App Inventor) and text-based programming (Python, JavaScript, C++, Java).
  • Design project-aligned curriculum in app development, web development, game development, software development, AI & Machine Learning, and robotics.
  • Foster a student-centric learning environment promoting problem-solving, creativity, and innovation.
  • Adapt teaching methods based on age group and student learning patterns.
  • Incorporate storytelling, real-world examples, and project-based learning to inspire students.
  • Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and personalize learning paths.
  • Collaborate with curriculum designers, mentors, and parents to meet learning goals.
  • Ensure a positive, engaging, and motivating learning experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • US Accent Certified – clear, neutral communication.
  • 5+ years of teaching experience in coding/programming to school or college students.
  • Strong command of block-based and text-based programming.
  • Expertise in at least 3 domains: app development, web development, game development, software development, AI, robotics.
  • Familiarity with educational tools, coding platforms, and online teaching technologies.
  • Deep understanding of child and adolescent learning psychology.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and engagement skills.
  • Passion for inspiring young minds and nurturing innovation.
