Key Responsibilities:
- Assign accurate medical codes (ICD-10, OASIS) to patient records in Home Health settings.
- Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and internal QA standards.
- Review and analyze clinical documentation for coding accuracy.
- Collaborate with QA teams and other departments to resolve coding queries.
- Maintain high accuracy levels and meet productivity targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CPC, CCS, HCS-D, or similar preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10, OASIS guidelines, and CMS rules.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- A reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment.
