Research Data Analyst Role

We are seeking a Research Data Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting research to address various business challenges using systematic and secondary research techniques. They will assist in data collection through surveys and analyze data using statistical techniques and qualitative analysis.

  • Conducting research using internal and external data assets, leveraging statistical software and analytical skills to gain actionable insights
  • Collecting and analyzing data using R or Python programming languages, ensuring high-quality outputs
  • Creating insightful research stories, graphics, and user-friendly data tables that effectively communicate findings
  • Maintaining the accuracy and defensibility of data-driven insights
  • Collaborating with project managers and subject matter experts to strengthen Gartner research and enhance its impact
Requirements:
  • A postgraduate degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or economics
  • 0-2 years of experience in research and consulting industries
  • Proficiency in theoretical understanding of exploratory, qualitative, quantitative, and statistical modeling concepts
  • Practical expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to manipulate and analyze large datasets
