Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Engineer to join our Commercial Data team in Advertising. This role involves developing leading property and market data insights to power Real Commercial products.

  • This senior engineer will lead the design, development, and optimization of features to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • The role has key strategic importance and visibility within the business.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of solving deep, complex technical problems in ways that enable other team members to learn and extend.
  • Experience with Data modelling, pipelines, consumption, analysis, and documentation.
  • Advanced skills in designing solutions that scale and perform for millions of users.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Well-versed in SQL, Python, ETL / ELT pipelines.
  • 7-10 years' experience as a Senior Lead Engineer.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
