We're looking for a highly skilled and passionate Technical Support Expert to provide exceptional customer support and handle complex technical inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS, network security concepts, and switch/router fundamentals.
- Deliver high-quality post-sales support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose, isolate, and resolve technical issues while coordinating fixes with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, VMware ESXi, and firewalls.
- Certifications preferred: CCNA, JNCIE, or higher.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the best customer experience.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
