Technical Support Expert Wanted

We're looking for a highly skilled and passionate Technical Support Expert to provide exceptional customer support and handle complex technical inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS, network security concepts, and switch/router fundamentals.

  • Deliver high-quality post-sales support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose, isolate, and resolve technical issues while coordinating fixes with cross-functional teams.

This role offers direct impact on customer success and product growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, VMware ESXi, and firewalls.
  • Certifications preferred: CCNA, JNCIE, or higher.
