Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise
    • Plan, execute and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various platforms including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and Unity.
    • Manage daily campaign performance ensuring alignment with CAC, LTV and ROI goals.
    • Implement structured A/B testing for campaigns, audiences and creatives to maximize efficiency.
    • Partner with engineering teams to ensure accurate event tracking and integration of ad platforms and MMPs.
  • Analytical Insights
    • Analyze campaign and cohort-level data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
    • Develop predictive models to forecast long-term user value and inform decision making.
    • Understand and act on player journey metrics to drive business outcomes.
    • Build dashboards and performance reports in tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
  • Strategic Vision
    • Develop and execute a full-funnel user acquisition strategy that integrates acquisition, retention and re-engagement.
    • Create and manage audience strategies to drive targeted user acquisition.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect UA with retention and monetization strategies.
    • Stay current with platform updates, emerging ad tech and industry trends.
  • Creative Collaboration
    • Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and test ad creatives.
    • Design and run creative test campaigns to minimize false positives/false negatives.
    • Translate creative performance insights into actionable learnings to drive business outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Act as the primary liaison with ad networks, agencies and internal teams.
    • Ensure accuracy, quality and timeliness in campaign operations.
    • Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders to inform business decisions.
