Global Sales Incentive Strategy Director

We are seeking a senior professional to lead our global sales incentive strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and operationalizing sales incentive programs, with a strong understanding of sales behaviors and motivators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales incentive strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and implement standardized processes for incentive program governance, documentation, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales, finance, HR, and legal functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across incentive operations, focusing on risk mitigation, efficiency, and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales compensation, revenue operations, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales, sales operations, or incentive systems leadership role.
  • Proven track record of designing and operationalizing global sales incentive programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to model financial outcomes and interpret performance data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
