Job Title: Enterprise Risk Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Risk Identification and Assessment:

    • Identify operational risks across departments and evaluate their impact.
    • Develop risk assessment frameworks and methodologies to mitigate potential threats.
    • Regularly assess and review operational risks to identify areas for improvement.

  • Risk Mitigation:

    • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to minimize operational risks.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement risk controls.
    • Coordinate with teams to address risk issues and implement corrective measures.

  • Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Monitor operational risk indicators and metrics to inform decision-making.
    • Presents risk reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
    • Manages regular risk meetings with stakeholders to review RCSAs and KRIs.

  • Third-Party Risk Management:

    • Manage third-party interactions, including external risk assessments and issue resolution.
    • Identify potential risks associated with third-party interactions, such as cybersecurity vulnerabilities or non-compliance.
    • Gather information security controls evidence from third parties to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.

  • Policy Development:

    • Assist in developing and updating operational risk policies and procedures.
    • Establish policies aligned with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

  • System Testing:

    • Conduct UAT for ORM development and implementation to ensure smooth execution.
    • Maintain and oversee business continuity management programs, including regular testing and updates.

  • Regulatory Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
    • Liaise with regulatory bodies to submit required reports on time.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's/master's degree in management, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a risk management role, preferably in an NBFC or financial services environment.
  • Operational risk knowledge and experience with operational risk management frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, or other data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
